Moe Yaghoubi
President
Moe graduated from the School of Architecture and Environmental Studies at the City College of New York with a B.S. in Architecture in 1977 and a B.A. in Architecture in 1978.
In his four decades of experience as a developer, Moe has overseen dozens of projects covering millions of square feet. From his start in New York City in the 1980s, Moe has first-hand experience in nearly every aspect of real estate as a trained architect, general contractor, construction supervisor, and property manager. His track record in developing affordable housing began in 1989 with the The Bluestone Organization.
An avid golfer, Moe is a patron of modern art and travels widely for pleasure.
Nadya Yaghoubi
Asset Management
Nadya graduated from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in 2006 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in History.
Upon graduation, Nadya entered the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University and earned a M.S. in Real Estate with a concentration in Strategic Asset Management. In 2020, Nadya earned a Global Executive M.B.A. from IE Business School. She has over 15 years of experience working in all facets of the real estate industry.
Kevin Yaghoubi
Operations Management
Kevin graduated from Boston University in 2008 with a B.S. in Communication and a Concentration in Economic Sociology; In 2017, he earned his M.B.A. from Mercy College.
Kevin has supported nearly 50,000 volunteers across the country, working for a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Additionally, he attended NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate in 2011 for Real Estate Development and Project Management, with a focus on Construction Management, Affordable Housing Development, and Real Estate Finance. A proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Kevin maintains his market knowledge as a Licensed Broker.
Stephanie Zile
Asset Management
Stephanie graduated cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 with a B.S. in Economics, concentrations in Real Estate and Media & Entertainment, and a minor in Film Studies.
Following undergrad, she worked at comScore, Inc., a media analytics company, as a Client Service Manager where she was responsible for delivering custom market research such as market share optimization and competitive intelligence to telecom clients. In 2015, she graduated from the Stern School of Business at New York University with an M.B.A. and specializations in Finance and Marketing. Since graduation, she has been managing real estate assets primarily in Manhattan and the Bronx.
