Residences at NoMi
RESIDENCES AT NOMI is a senior living mixed-use development. The project, located at 950 NE 124th Street, will consist of 175 units, 15% (27 units) of which will be designated Affordable units for low- income seniors. The development program includes 8,975 square feet of retail and 11,350 square feet of office space. It will also incorporate many significant on-site and off-site improvements that will enhance the surrounding area and benefit the community.
Wingate by Wyndham Haven Park, The Bronx
HAVEN PARK is a boutique hotel located in the Mott Haven section of the South Bronx. The 70-room recently completed development includes a restaurant and bar, outdoor roof deck, parking, gym, and meeting spaces. It is ideally located near major transportation hubs such at LaGuardia and JFK airports and attractions such as Yankee stadium, Citi Field, Bronx Zoo, and New York Botanical Garden. The hotel opened in June 2021.
The Palms, Bay Harbor Island
THE PALMS apartments are 42 state-of-the-art luxury residential units opening in the Fall of 2017, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with unmatched water views, an open atrium in the building’s center, and an eco-friendly green design. Lower Grand Concourse Rezoned Parcels, The Bronx
Trise assembled and rezoned multiple parcels on under-utilized industrial space on the Lower Grand Concourse just steps from the Bronx Supreme Court and Franz Siegel Park. This rezoning effort resulted in 275 units of Workforce Housing. The property offers affordable housing and community-oriented amenities.
Morris Court, The Bronx
MORRIS COURT is a large-scale affordable housing development adding over 200 new apartments for mixed income New Yorkers. Located just steps away from Lincoln Hospital, Morris Court adds 35,000 sq. feet of additional ground-floor retail and a 200 car-capacity garage for the South Bronx’s growing community.
The Caspian, Manhattan
THE CASPIAN is a premier new development in Manhattan’s burgeoning East Harlem neighborhood, with over eight stories of capacious balconies and terraces, hardwood floors, marble baths, and recessed lighting.
